At Hintegro, sustainability and creativity are at the heart of everything we do as a Hong Kong design studio. We believe thoughtful design should have a positive impact on both people and the environment.
We honor Hong Kong’s heritage by collaborating with skilled local craftsmen like Carpenters Ken from Yat Muk, Yan and Arthur from Coutou Wood Working and MADE Furniture, Ka Nok from HK Bros, Coppersmith Ping Kee Copperware, Scent maker BeCandle for custom-made furniture, sanitary and lifestyle goods. Their expertise enriches our projects with authentic craftsmanship and strengthens our creative community.
We prioritise sustainable materials for every project—like recyclable bamboo in Tai Kwun In Bloom and Japanese Shikui plaster for healthier, dehumidified for residential interiors—making every design eco-friendly, durable, and suited to Hong Kong’s climate.
Giving back is central to our mission. We support Food Angel to reduce food waste and host public cultural talks and host sharing at institutions to empower Hong Kong’s creative force. We also offer year-round internship programmes to help nurture the next generation of creative professionals in Hong Kong.
We use eco-friendly supplies, prioritise recycling, save energy, and support local suppliers. Our team also embraces digital workflows to reduce paper usage and lower our environmental impact.
